Australian Open Assignment

Posted: 18 January 2009 at 1:46 pm

This week and next I’m on assignment for the Danish daily newspaper Ekstra Bladet, working with journalist Troels Christensen, covering #12 ranked Dane, Caroline Wozniacki at the Australian Open. Coaching her is Ana Ivanovic’s just departed coach, Sven Groeneveld, in the black shirt below.

Tomorow is her round one game against #42 ranked, Shahar Peer of Israel. I’ll be editing & transmitting early in the game live from courtside to make the Danish paper’s deadline.
