I was floored when I heard my old family home that my parents sold for $180,000 in 1991 after their divorce, recently sold for $1.25 million. WTF?

Well, the architect lifestyle upgrade redesign may have something to do with it. From the pics and floor plan it appears that from the kitchen down has been gutted & rebuilt. At least my old bedroom is still a bedroom
